A) $129 per hour for 2 movers and a truck
B) $169 per hour for 3 movers and a truck
C) $49 per hour per mover/helper only

We also have the option of offering a flat-rate/lump-sum price. The minimum duration for residential moves is 2 hours, 1 hour for pickup/delivery of appliances or furniture, and 2 hours for mover/helper-only services. A one-time fee of an additional hour will be applied for truck, travel and gas expenses.

For out of city moving, we charge $1.75 per km for mobilization & demobilization. We calculate distance from downtown to downtown.

An invoice/receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of the job. There are no hidden charges or fees. The rates we provide include necessary equipment, supplies, and released/liability value protection (full/replacement value protection is available with an extra premium). Our hourly rate begins when we arrive at your move-out/pick-up address and ends when the job is completed at the move-in/drop-off address.

Payment for your move with Mighty Pup is required upon reaching the destination before our movers begin unloading the moving van. We offer convenient payment options to make the process easier for you. You can choose to make payment via Interac e-Transfer, which can be sent through email or text, or you can opt to pay by Credit Card. Rest assured that our team will provide you with the necessary payment details at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
Certainly, but the amount of protection you receive depends on the option you choose. Your selection of valuation coverage determines the basis for settling any claims, as well as the maximum liability of the carrier. The carrier's liability for loss or damage is determined by their tariffs, federal laws, and regulations, which have specific restrictions and exclusions. It is essential to note that valuation is not insurance coverage. This is a critical point to understand. It is the moving company's responsibility to compensate for any loss or damage. Replacement Value Protection - This is the most comprehensive type of coverage, commonly known as "RVP." If you choose RVP, items will be repaired or replaced at their full value if they are lost or damaged. Depreciation of the lost or damaged item does not factor into the determination of replacement value when the shipment is transported under replacement value protection.
